yesterday my girl and i sat down to watch horton hears a who on bluray . . . and it blew our minds. the art direction was beautiful and the textures were the best i've ever seen. the renders of fur, feathers, and fauna were amazing. and the character animations were brilliant, and i loved all the little stuff they added - like katie (pictured) and the bunny with cookies. i was actually so inspired that i looked into animation programs and spoke with an admissions councilor at the academy of art university - they have an online program that i'm looking into. any other recommendations for animation school?
